My path to hypnosis and Reiki* began as a personal quest to heal past traumas.

While living in Alberta, I discovered energy work, and later in Quebec, I experienced Humanistic Hypnosis—a true revelation that changed my life.

I offer Humanistic Hypnosis and Energy Healing - gentle, non-invasive practices that work on the mental, emotional, and spiritual levels.

With additional training in 2025, I’ve integrated both approaches for a holistic and personalized experience.
